Stewart Title Announces Winning Verdict

Stewart Information Services Corporation (NYSE: STC) today announced a winning verdict in a case involving Stewart Title Guaranty Co. and Citigroup Global Markets Realty Corp. that was decided on April 29, 2011 by a Texas state court jury.

We are pleased with the verdict, and would like to express our sincere gratitude to the jurors for their hard work and dedication to public service in this trial during the past 10 weeks.

STGMEX names new Chairman of the Board

Mike Skalka has been appointed chairman of Stewart's international group, and also has been elected to serve as chairman of the board of Stewart Information International Inc.; Stewart Title Guaranty de México, S.A. de C.V., Stewart's Mexico underwriter; and Stewart Title Limited, Stewart's underwriter in the United Kingdom.

Stewart Information International Inc., Stewart Title Guaranty de México, S.A. de C.V. and Stewart Title Limited are wholly owned subsidiaries of Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE-STC).
