Simplified, a Tenant is any person occupying real property with the owner's permission.

A tenant is a person or organization that occupies or rents a property, typically a residential or commercial space, from a landlord or property owner. The tenant has the right to use and occupy the property for a specified period of time, according to the terms of a rental or lease agreement. In exchange for this right, the tenant pays rent to the landlord or property owner, as well as any other fees or expenses outlined in the agreement. The tenant also has certain responsibilities, such as maintaining the property and complying with any rules or regulations set forth by the landlord or governing authorities.
