Join your experienced title professionals for an educational seminar designed to learn how the affidavits we use for death, divorce, probate and liens clear the title of real property and allow the title company to insure transactions.

We will provide special focus on the following areas:

  • In a situation regarding death, what is the lack of probate/heirship affidavit and options to passing title to the heir of an estate.
  • In a situation of divorce, what is the community property and separate property and how do we transfer title by a quit claim deed or other.
  • For liens and judgments, how is an identity affidavit used to clear numerous matters against a common name and how/why they show up on title.
