Discounted Shipping Service Options
As Stewart continues to focus on cost reduction opportunities, we want to share as many of these opportunities as possible with our customers. FedEx and UPS have created discount programs specifically for our Independent Agencies and Approved Attorneys that will provide significant savings over the standard published rates.
We at Stewart are very excited to bring you this program and we hope that you will enjoy this great cost saving opportunity. Below is a summary of the delivery programs available and cost savings associated with each.
Stewart offers Independent Agents discounts on most FedEx shipping services. These envelope discounts include a "Bonus Weight" Program which enables you to "overstuff" envelopes to their physical holding capacity (the standard maximum weight is usually 8 ounces for overnight service). Additionally, FedEx payment terms now allow for credit card payment.
FedEx rate calculations are based on both the weight of the package and the distance from origin to destination (for simplification FedEx classifies distance by shipping zones). You can calculate your charges by reviewing these rate tables and by requesting a Zone Chart for your specific Origin Zip Code on www.fedex.com.
Stewart offers Independent Agents discounts on most UPS shipping services. These discounts also automatically include increased consequential coverage. The improved coverage adds protection for the consequences of late or non-delivery including, interest, penalty, document reconstruction and credit monitoring, while still providing coverage for standard loss and damage. Coverage up to $3000 for loss/damage and $500 for consequential losses is automatically included with every package at no additional charge. Click here for more details on this feature.

How do I Get Started?
My Office Has an Existing Account
If your office has an existing FedEx and/or UPS account, just enroll your account.
My Office Does not Have an Account
If you do not have an existing account you will need to establish one before the discounted rates can be loaded. Accounts can take up to 3 weeks for all discounts to be linked and visible.
Setting Up a New FedEx Account
Shipper accounts can be set up at fedex.com or by calling 800-GOFEDEX. Once you have your FedEx account number, return to this page to fill out the enrollment form.
Setting Up a New UPS Account
Shipper accounts can be set up at UPS.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS. Once you have your UPS account number, return to this page to fill out the enrollment form.
