Stewart Rate
Calculator 2.3 is scheduled to release on Tuesday,
December 19, 2017. As a result, system performance may be intermittently unreliable between 10:00 p.m. CST and 11:00 p.m. CST.
With this release, you will notice the following system enhancements:
- Endorsements will now be listed alphabetically and numerically, making data more accessible.
- For added convenience, Ernst will return customary buyer/seller splits on deed transfer taxes, where available. These splits will now be displayed in the Recording Fee/Transfer Tax section of the Results page.
- For ease of use, when a selected Settlement Office has a fax number listed in its contact information, this fax number will now display on the Results page with the other contact information.
