HOUSTON - (Oct. 3, 2005) Titlelogix, the Landata Systems' managed solutions partner providing title production and other business applications via the Internet, is offering its existing title agent customers in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, its services with no monthly fees through the end of the year.

New customers from affected areas will have no setup or monthly fees through the end of 2005. In addition, license charges for AIM® for Windows® title production offered through Titlelogix will be waived until the beginning of 2006.

Stewart Financial Services is also contributing to getting offices back in operation by providing discounted reconciliation services. Interested title agencies may contact (800) 729-1900 ext. 8108 for an analysis personalized to the agency.

"Our original parent company - the Stewart Law and Land Title Office - was only seven years old when the great hurricane of 1900 hit Galveston, Texas, and in the storm of 1915, the title plant got drenched when the roof was damaged," said Emmanuel Fyssas, Titlelogix product manager, Landata Systems Inc. "Maco Stewart and his staff tumble-dried the plant's paper in a commercial dryer and re-sorted it in the office thereafter for use. We have experience and know how to get a title office back in business after a hurricane.

"Last summer, many of our storm-damaged offices in Florida were able to get right back to closing - working out of their homes if necessary - because they were using SureClose® transaction management and AIM® title production via Titlelogix," said Fyssas. "Now, we're helping title agents to do the same after Katrina and are extending the same offer to those who have been affected by Rita. Title agents who are either existing customers or who have considered using Titlelogix may contact us for details."

Operating from a state-of-the-art data center, Titlelogix eliminates the requirement for customers to host and maintain mission-critical applications. Titlelogix is a stable, secure turnkey solution, offering access to integrated production tools including SureClose, AIM for Windows, TitleSearch®, FileStor®, electronic policy reporting, Financial Access® and StewartTrak™ in addition to bundled IT services.
