HOUSTON (June 25, 2003) - Landata Information Services Inc. will provide the property tax information for the new real estate information network to be introduced by the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems Inc. (NTREIS) for its 16,000 Multiple Listing Service (MLS) subscribers.

Landata Information Services Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE-STC).

The vehicle for the public tax records is PropertyInfo.com™, the Landata Web-to-Web application hosted by the Stewart managed solutions partner (MSP), Titlelogix.com®. PropertyInfo.com will enable research by NTREIS member real estate agents and brokers on real estate parcels to determine ownership, assessed value, property characteristics and property identification information.

"With this move into North Texas - in addition to Houston and San Antonio - Landata is providing property information services to 76 percent of all the Realtors® in Texas," said Tom Abbate, senior vice president, Landata Group. "We are looking forward to working with NTREIS and assisting their members in doing their jobs."

"The robust, fully redundant Titlelogix Internet platform allows PropertyInfo.com to offer rapid response rates to our existing customers, in addition to the 16,000 Realtors who will access the new NTREIS network," said Cathy Bell, Texas Division President of Landata Information Services. "We will be providing the most current data available for the more than 3,000,000 parcels in 26 counties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area served by NTREIS.

"One of the factors NTREIS considered is the success of the Stewart Tax system accessed by the 15,000 members of the Houston Association of Realtors MLS," said Bell. "Our ability to provide accurate, up-to-date information and data, as well as to service, maintain and provide the infrastructure for the PropertyInfo.com platform was a textbook example of the innovative technology that NTREIS wanted to provide its members."

"Our goal is to offer users greater flexibility and convenience as well as increased access to information," said NTREIS Chief Executive Officer James Harrison. "We created a scalable, truly integrated system that not only satisfies current requirements, but also anticipates future needs."

NTREIS announced the new Web-based real estate information platform after a year of comprehensive surveys, detailed planning and rigorous evaluations. It signed contracts with several leading technology vendors to create the advanced MLS network, with the Landata tax system listed as one of the "best-of-breed" components.

"Upon completing a rigorous evaluation process, we selected these partners for their commitment to service, their leading solutions and their interest in helping us provide our members with the best MLS network in the industry," said Anne Ritter, president of NTREIS. "We are grateful for their contributions and support."
