HOUSTON (Nov. 17, 2003) - Landata Information Services Inc., a subsidiary of Stewart REI Data Inc., will provide the property tax information and other data for the Austin/Central Texas Realty Information Service (ACTRIS), a Multiple Listing Service (MLS) with some 6,000 subscribers.

"We are proud to add the dynamic Austin/Central Texas MLS to our growing customer base including more than 20 MLSs in Texas, New York and Illinois," said Tom Abbate, senior vice president of Stewart REI Data.

"With this new contract, more than 70 percent of the Realtors® in Texas, including North Texas, Houston and San Antonio, have selected us as the tax provider of choice," said Cathy Bell, Texas division president of Landata Information Services. "ACTRIS subscribers will be accessing the most current data available for the 11-county area served by the MLS."

PropertyInfo.com™ is a Web-to-Web application powering the public tax records for ACTRIS. The application enables research by member real estate agents and brokers on real estate parcels to determine ownership, assessed value, property characteristics and property identification information, and is also used as a prospecting tool. PropertyInfo.com is hosted on Titlelogix.com®, Stewart's managed solutions partner (MSP), which provides service, maintenance, and the infrastructure for the application.

"The robust, fully redundant Titlelogix Internet platform allows PropertyInfo.com to offer rapid response rates to our existing customers, in addition to the 6,000 ACTRIS Realtors," said Bell.

"We chose to work with Landata on this project because they have been very responsive to all our requests and they appreciate our business," said David Foster, president and chief executive officer of the Austin Board of Realtors, which owns ACTRIS.

Tax system training for the ACTRIS agent and broker members will be coordinated between ACTRIS, Landata Information Services and Stewart Title of Austin in coordination with the Feb. 1 system cutover.
