HOUSTON (July 31, 2003) - Arkansas Title Insurance Co. (ARTICO), a title insurance underwriter affiliate of Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE-STC), has announced the election of Craig Gill as president and Don Eilbott as chief executive officer.
Van Winton, the immediate past president of the Arkansas Land Title Association, has joined the company as agency representative.
ARTICO founder Jerry Nixon has been elected vice chairman of the board of directors. Bud Whisler, group president for Stewart Title Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp., was also elected to the ARTICO board.
