Research tool meets analysis needs of real estate, MLS and title industries

HOUSTON(Oct. 31, 2005) - REIData's new Property Profiles analysis tool, available through www.propertyinfo.com, will offer subscribers access to one of the most complete sets of property information online, including tax assessor values for a three-year period, Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) and other valuable reports.

This new service provides real estate professionals immediate and extensive information useful to understanding a property’s makeup and unique characteristics. It was announced Oct. 28 at the Realtors® Conference & Expo in San Francisco.

"Property Profiles simplifies the research process by tapping into a multitude of data providers, pulling together clean, useful data and compiling it into an easy-to-use report," said Senior Vice President of REIData Market Management Robert Alcala. "Property Profiles offers one of the most complete sources of information to real estate professionals, online in a single location."

Property Profiles provides access to standardized and updated data, delivered in a presentation-quality format. Pulling from many data sources, the master report has been enhanced with CMA, school information, demographics, businesses, flood data, subdivision statistics, property photos, aerial imagery, street maps and parcel maps.

In addition to a basic search, subscribers can utilize Advance Search criteria to more specifically maximize their searches and unleash the power of the data. Specific searches can include location, general property characteristics, mortgage date and amount, sale date and amount, land value, acreage and other criteria. All search results may be downloaded or may be sent directly to labels. A sample report can be seen at www.propertyinfo.com.
