HOUSTON - (March 24, 2003) Landata Systems, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE-STC), announces its new distributor relationship with Advanced Micro Solutions, Inc. (AMS), an IT professional service organization serving small- to medium-sized companies in the United States. AMS will act as a reseller of AIM® for Windows®, one of the title industry's leading closing and production systems.

AMS has a six-year history as a premier certified integrator of AIM for Windows, providing product support including installation, upgrades and integration within the Microsoft® SQL Server™ and Citrix® environments.

"The company's successful history servicing AIM for Windows has allowed it to build the in-depth product knowledge and experience required to be a successful distributor," said Sherry Collins, sales distributor manager, Landata Systems, Inc. "We're excited to welcome this experienced company as a reseller of our most widely used product."

AIM for Windows is a powerful title and escrow system for order entry, document preparation, closing, escrow accounting, file tracking and management. It is easy to use, flexible, expandable, highly efficient and a solid base for building a company's electronic future. AIM for Windows is a part of Landata Title Office®, the award-winning suite of cutting-edge software solutions developed to enhance productivity and connectivity.

"By adding product sales to our AIM for Windows service offering, we will be more deeply entrenched in the day-to-day functionality of the application," says David Downtain, president of AMS. "We are excited to take client service to the next level, providing sales, comprehensive application training and support."

AMS offers a comprehensive solution, providing and supporting items such as hardware/software infrastructure, wide area circuits, routers, servers and desktops.

"We understand how AIM for Windows interrelates to other applications and technologies in different network environments," Downtain said. "Because AMS is independently owned and operated, it has no specific underwriter ties or ownership. Our core focus is with our clients."

AMS has been supporting title companies since 1994 and its support staff has more than 80 years of combined technical experience. The collective expertise will allow AMS AIM for Windows customers to make only one call to AMS for complete system support.

"Landata's commitment to keeping AIM for Windows technology current, adding features to further automate processes, and staying up to date with industry technology dependencies, such as Windows 2000 and SQL 2000 platforms, empowers the end user title companies," he says. "We are proud to be associated with Landata and offer its outstanding product to customers."
