Prior to joining Stewart in 1993, Harry served as a senior underwriting counsel and a senior manager for four of the nation’s largest title companies. Harry first joined Stewart as a senior underwriting counsel, and division manager. With over 30 years of experience in the title industry, Harry is presently Agency Services District Manager, for NJ, PA, CT, RI, DE, VA, WV, MD and the District of Columbia.

Harry is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Connecticut and New York. He is a member of American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey Land Title Association and New Jersey Land Title Insurance Rating Bureau. Harry is a New Jersey and Delaware Title Insurance Producer License holder and the recipient of Stewart Magnificent Manager Awards as well as Associate of the Year in 2000.

He is a former president of the New Jersey Land Title Association; has served two New Jersey governors as a member of the New Jersey Mechanic’s Lien Law Revision Commission, and the advisory committee to the Department of Environmental Protection for the implementation of the Environmental Clean Up Recovery Act. He presently sits on the Title Liaison Committee for the Department of Banking and Insurance for the state of New Jersey.

Harry has been a lecturer and panelist for both the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. He also started the Stewart Title Continuing Education School in New Jersey for which he has served as director as well as an instructor. In addition, Harry served as president of his local school board.

Harry is a graduate of Rutgers University and Rutgers University School of Law.

Harry has been married for 39 years, with four children and one grandson.
