With over 35 years experience in the title insurance business, Jones began his career in the title industry in 1975 as a branch manager with Transamerica Title Insurance Company in Seattle, Washington. He held various positions including area manger, county manager, senior account manager and senior commercial title officer. Prior to joining Stewart, Jones managed LandAmerica’s commercial title unit in Seattle.

Jones serves as the primary underwriter for many significant projects in the Seattle-Bellevue metropolitan area including the Washington Convention and Trade Center, the Pike Place Market, Benaroya Hall, Pacific Place, the former Washington Mutual/Seattle Art Museum complex, the Space Needle, the sale of the Safeco Campus to the University of Washington and The Bravern.

The National Title Services Seattle office specializes in underwriting the sale and mortgaging of timber lands for national timber companies with transactions ranging to date from 5,000 acres to more than 320,000 acres.
