Dawn M. Anderson has joined to Stewart National Title Services’ Minneapolis office as an Underwriter for commercial transactions and has an extensive background in title, escrow and closing operations. A 10 year title industry veteran, Anderson previously served as an underwriting attorney with commercial divisions for both regional and national underwriters.

Anderson received a B.A. in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Minnesota, Duluth and her Juris Doctorate degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is a member of the Real Property Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. In addition, she serves as a board member for the Montgomery Area Community Club and as commissioner for the City of Montgomery, Minnesota Planning and Zoning Commission.
