Pursuant to an agreement with the Government of Bermuda , Stewart developed the Bermuda Norwood Land Title Registration System. Stewart deployed the landfolio^® software application suite to fulfill the needs of the Government of Bermuda's Land Title Registration Office (LTRO). Stewart's landfolio suite of software products provided the island nation with the ability to develop transparent, auditable and affordable conveyance practices which allow for certainty of ownership and transfer of property rights. The project is administered under direction of the Information Technology Office and the Ministry of Works and Engineering.
