Escrow Account Reconciliation Report and Risk Report for AgencySecure^® Customers

Each day, On-Trac automatically completes three-way bank reconciliation for AgencySecure customers. Now, Stewart Financial Services (SFS) and PropertyInfo^® have joined together, to provide the benefit of having SFS analyze the account each month to ensure everything is accurate. As an AgencySecure customer, you will receive a monthly reconciliation report as well as a risk report. This risk report will include:

• Items clearing the bank statement that have not been posted into your accounting software
• Files with shortages
• Outstanding payoff, tax and insurance checks that are over 10 days old
• Outstanding deposits that are over three days old
• Outstanding incoming wires and outgoing wires that are over three days old
• Any unusual activity in your account
